Superseded

Statutory Instrument 808 of 2004 delegated certain powers to Michael Ahern TD, then Minister for Trade & Commerce. Following the general election and subsequent formation of a new Government in June, 2007, this SI ceased to have effect.

Pursuant to the provisions of Statutory Instrument 334 of 2010, the powers then delegated to Deputy Ahern now reside with Billy Kelleher TD, Minister for Trade & Commerce.
