Statutory Instrument 560 of 2007 delegated certain powers to John McGuinness TD, then Minister for Trade & Commerce. Following the resignation of the then Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern TD on 6 May, 2008, this SI ceased to have effect.

Pursuant to the provisions of Statutory Instrument 334 of 2010, the powers then delegated to Deputy McGuinness now reside with Billy Kelleher TD, Minister for Trade & Commerce.
